WHAT ARE YOUR CANDLES MADE FROM?
All FYG candles are made from 100% natural wax. They are made from coconut and non GMO rapeseed wax. Not a hint of paraffin wax or soy.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS RECYCLABLE?
All FYG products have been specifically selected to be reused in another life. Why not give your candle or diffuser jar a new purpose once it has been used: stationary holder, mini plant pot, makeup brush holder…the list is endless.
All candle and Diffuser containers are made from glass and can be reused or recycled.
All Handwash and Hand Lotion bottles are made from plastic and can be recycled.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At present FYG only ship to the UK & Ireland. But please email info@fyghom.com for any international shipping enquiries.
MY ORDER HASN’T TURNED UP / THERE IS A FAULT WITH MY ORDER?
Please allow up to 5 days for any order to be received. All FYG products are hand poured and made to order to ensure it is curated for your use. All FYG orders are sent via trackable courier service including DPD and Hermes.
All FYG orders are quality checked prior to shipment. However if your order turns up broken please contact us at info@fyghome.com and send a photo with your email enquiry.
I NEED TO CANCEL/AMEND MY ORDER WHAT DO I DO?
We allow up to 24 hours after any order has been placed for amendments or cancellations. Please contact info@fyghome.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate.
