FYG is an award-winning British fragrance house creating design-led home fragrance, bath and body, gifting and scent experiences. Our name stands for Find Your Glow, and the idea behind it has always been personal.
Founded in 2020 by Demi Pendakis, FYG grew from a career shaped by fashion, design and product, and from childhood family holidays in Greece where scent became inseparable from place, memory and emotion.
Where it all began
I grew up surrounded by fashion, design and style, first through my father’s business and then through my own career in the fashion and design industry. FYG became the natural extension of that experience: a way to bring fragrance, storytelling and thoughtful design together.
Find Your Glow began with memories of family holidays in Greece and the way a single scent can return you to a place in an instant. That belief still shapes every collection we create. Each fragrance is designed not simply to smell beautiful, but to evoke a mood, a place or a moment.
FYG has never been about creating just another scented product. It is about creating something personal, something that can live beautifully in a space and become part of the memories made there.

Signature scent development, app-controlled diffusion, guest amenities and take-home products help hotels, spas, theatres, clubs and retailers create one coherent scent story. Our work includes the Savoy Theatre.
Responsible by design
We believe sustainability claims should be specific and honest. FYG prioritises recyclable packaging, FSC-certified paper where appropriate, refillable and reusable formats, and a coconut and non-GMO rapeseed wax blend in our candles and wax products.
More than 100,000 trees have been planted in Nicaragua through FYG’s environmental initiatives. We continue to review our materials, formats and methods as the business grows.
It is our belief that emotion and scent are entwined. Fragrance can transport us to a place in an instant, but more than that, it can help us create the feeling of a place and time.
